Throughout Perenco's history, we have established ourselves as a serious operator. Present in 16 countries, our operations extend from Northern Europe to Africa and from South America to the Middle East.

Our expertise covers gas and oil operations, both onshore and offshore. We operate in every possible climate, from desert to rain forest.

Exploration is now part of our growth strategy. We have established ourselves in world-class basins such as Brazil, Australia, and the Northern part of Iraq. We have already started activity in all of these. We have made the decision to enter Peru and accept the challenge of developing heavy oil resources in the Maranon Basin. With this acquisition, we have given a long-term perspective to our business.
